These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bahandi Gas Corporation ERP system and related services (the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by Bahandi Gas Corporation ("Bahandi Gas," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, logging in, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform.
Access to the Platform is restricted to authorized employees, partners, and representatives invited by Bahandi Gas administrators. You must:

Subject to these Terms, Bahandi Gas grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of performing your duties in connection with Bahandi Gas operations. This license does not include any right to resell, sublicense, modify, or create derivative works of the Platform.

The Platform enforces role-based access controls and row-level security to ensure users only access data appropriate to their assigned role and company (supplier) profile. Roles include administrator, owner, plant manager, accounting, and user, each with defined permissions. You acknowledge that your access is limited accordingly and that attempting to circumvent these controls is a violation of these Terms.
You are responsible for the accuracy of operational records you create or modify, including inventory entries, production records, deliveries, orders, collections, and payments. Bahandi Gas relies on this data for regulatory compliance, financial reporting, and safety operations. Intentional falsification of records may result in account suspension, disciplinary action, and legal consequences.
Sensitive actions performed on the Platform — including record deletions — are protected by additional verification and recorded in data control audit logs. You consent to the logging of such actions for security, accountability, and compliance purposes. Attempts to delete or alter audit records are prohibited.
The Platform, including its design, branding, software, and content, is owned by Bahandi Gas Corporation and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. The Bahandi Gas name and logo are trademarks of Bahandi Gas Corporation. You may not use them without prior written consent. Operational data you create remains the property of Bahandi Gas Corporation.
The Platform is provided to authorized users as part of Bahandi Gas operations. No fees are charged to individual users for access. Any commercial transactions (such as customer orders, collections, and payments) processed through the Platform are governed by the applicable business agreements and Bahandi Gas policies.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any data will be accurate or complete. You use the Platform at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bahandi Gas Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you for access to the Platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bahandi Gas Corporation and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violations of these Terms or upon the end of your employment or engagement with Bahandi Gas. Upon termination, your license to use the Platform ends immediately. Records you created remain subject to Bahandi Gas retention and compliance policies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the courts located in the applicable jurisdiction within the Philippines.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on the Platform and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
